- Resources and schedules — specialists, tables, rooms, equipment; weekly working hours, holidays and leave days, preparation time after each appointment.
- Services and duration — every service has a duration; customers choose a specialist or “any available”.
- Ways to confirm — automatic or manual confirmation, agreement over WhatsApp, or an online deposit to your company’s own Epoint account.
- Reminders — “booking received”, “confirmed” and a reminder before the appointment go to the customer by email.
- Customers reschedule themselves — they change or cancel through their own link, up to a deadline you set.
In Studio you confirm, cancel and reschedule bookings and record the outcome (arrived, completed, no-show).
